The Last Sherlock Holmes Story by Michael Dibdin

 



This is a clever and gruesome story that combines fact and fiction.  Arthur Conan Doyle, one of my favorite authors, and Jack the Ripper, a notorious 19th century serial killer, are real people.  Sherlock Holmes, Dr. John H. Watson and  Inspector Lestrade are fictional characters created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
